Acceptable Use Policy
DineStack is a restaurant technology product provided by LEAP RIDE, INC., a New York corporation.
Applies to restaurant customers, authorized operators, application users and integrated devices using DineStack Services. Incorporated into the Restaurant MSA when accepted.
1. Authorized business access
Access is limited to the subscribing restaurant's authorized personnel, contractors and enrolled devices. Each user must use an assigned role, credential or POS-only PIN suitable for their authority. Do not share manager or owner access to bypass approval, verification, transaction limits or audit trail.
2. Prohibited technical activity
No unauthorized vulnerability scans, credential stuffing, malware, denial of service, reverse engineering in violation of applicable law, circumvention of feature/tenant/device limits, interception of other restaurant traffic, modification of payment instructions, scraping that harms availability or misuse of API tokens. Responsible security findings should be reported to info@dinestack.app without accessing another restaurant's data or causing disruption; coordinated test authorization must be obtained in writing.
3. Financial and restaurant record integrity
For manual delivery-app orders, use truthful provider labels, existing permitted store identities, valid external order references and accurate tender classification. Do not impersonate a delivery marketplace, fabricate an integrated partnership or change historical transactions to defeat audit/reconciliation controls.
Do not use test/tender classifications to disguise guest payments, create fake refunds, fabricate marketplace orders, intentionally duplicate card charges, falsify timesheets, evade sales taxes, or alter immutable financial audit events. All automated, cash, external-terminal, Stripe and marketplace tender types must accurately reflect the actual payment channel.
4. Personal information
Only collect and process information reasonably required for lawful restaurant operations. Avoid full payment-card data in notes or uploads. Safeguard employee identity data, customer contacts, receipt links, local device caches and SMS verification information. Do not impersonate others or enroll staff without lawful notice/authority.
5. Hardware and network
Use supported firmware, printer endpoints, cash-drawer controls, registered business-managed devices and local networks. Prevent unauthorized drawer opening and treat printer or network discovery as scoped operations requiring device-owner approval. Do not bypass supported payment-reader restrictions or use personal devices to accept payments where the approved deployment policy prohibits it.
6. Enforcement
Provider may investigate credible abuse proportionately and suspend only the relevant access where practical, with notice unless immediate action is necessary to protect security, payment integrity, legal compliance or others. Nonpayment follows the separate grace and staged-enforcement policy. Provider will preserve relevant logs subject to privacy and legal-retention requirements.
