Copyright and Brand Notice
DineStack is a restaurant technology product provided by LEAP RIDE, INC., a New York corporation.
Copyright notice: © 2026 LEAP RIDE, INC. DineStack and its original proprietary software, site design, documentation, trade dress and content are protected under applicable intellectual-property law. All rights reserved except where expressly licensed or required by law.
1. Software license, not a sale
Unless otherwise agreed, DineStack's standard receipt designs may carry the two-line attribution "Powered by DineStack" and "www.DineStack.app"; the restaurant remains the disclosed seller of food. DineStack's domain and brand footer do not imply ownership of restaurant trade names or any relationship with a delivery platform.
A restaurant subscription authorizes limited use under the Restaurant MSA. It does not sell or assign DineStack's copyright, trademark rights, source code, object code, architectural plans, internal tooling, designs or trade secrets.
2. What the Company does not claim
Copyright does not protect an abstract idea, algorithm, functional method or system merely because it appears in DineStack. Independent lawful implementation of unprotected ideas remains possible; protection is through copyrightable expression, trade-secret law, trademarks where applicable, and enforceable contract terms.
3. Customer content
Restaurants retain their rights in their menus, logos, photographs, customer data and other content they own. They grant only the rights necessary to host and operate the service under the MSA. They are responsible for obtaining permission for photography, imagery, trademarks and material uploaded from outside sources.
4. Contractor and open source rights
Licensing restrictions must respect mandatory software interoperability rights and third-party-license obligations.
5. Protected information
Nonpublic source, security configurations, internal operations and development plans may be Confidential Information under the MSA. Unauthorized extraction, resale or disclosure may be pursued through contractual and lawful remedies, including injunctive relief where appropriate.
6. Reporting claims
For a good-faith IP complaint, email info@dinestack.app with "IP Rights Notice" and describe the protected work, material at issue, ownership/authority, location and requested action. This is a general contact, not a representation that DineStack has registered a statutory DMCA agent.
